Description :

– UI/UX design process from user research and conceptualization to wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery.

– Define, implement, and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and UX principles across all digital platforms.

– Champion design thinking, user empathy, and accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive and seamless user experiences.

– Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to translate business goals into impactful design solutions.

– Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of design deliverables.

– Conduct design reviews, usability testing, and gather continuous feedback to refine and enhance user experience.

– Perform user research, interviews, and usability studies to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

– Analyze data and user insights to make informed design decisions and propose actionable improvements.

Requirements :

– Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

– 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

– Proven experience designing for mobile applications (Android and iOS), web portals, and Windows desktop applications.

– Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and A/B testing methodologies.

– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD.

– Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an added advantage.

– Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

– Experience in healthcare or diagnostic software products.

– Exposure to Agile development environments.

– Understanding of motion design, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
