Job Description

Responsibilities include

  • Mentoring junior technicians and helping them tackle tricky challenges.
  • Building customer rapport and delivering outstanding support experiences.
  • Installing, managing and troubleshooting hardware, software and networks.
  • Supporting virtualised and cloud-hosted environments.
  • Monitoring and responding to system alerts.
  • Producing clear documentation for issues and resolutions.
  • Advising clients on industry best practices and solution options.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years MSP experience (minimum 4 preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of hardware/software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you’ll be client-facing.
  • Solid experience with:
    • Windows environments & Active Directory
    • Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V)
    • O365 environments
    • Networking (routers, DHCP, DNS, firewalls)
  • Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Networking, CyberSec, etc.) highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
