Job Description
Responsibilities include
- Mentoring junior technicians and helping them tackle tricky challenges.
- Building customer rapport and delivering outstanding support experiences.
- Installing, managing and troubleshooting hardware, software and networks.
- Supporting virtualised and cloud-hosted environments.
- Monitoring and responding to system alerts.
- Producing clear documentation for issues and resolutions.
- Advising clients on industry best practices and solution options.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years MSP experience (minimum 4 preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of hardware/software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you’ll be client-facing.
- Solid experience with:
- Windows environments & Active Directory
- Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V)
- O365 environments
- Networking (routers, DHCP, DNS, firewalls)
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Networking, CyberSec, etc.) highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
