About the role

As our Entry‑Level Technician & Triage team member, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and a vital part of keeping their systems running smoothly.

You’ll:

  • Triage incoming IT requests via phone, email and ticketing system
  • Log, prioritise and resolve basic technical issues
  • Provide friendly, professional support to business clients
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior technicians
  • Learn how managed IT services operate in the real world
  • Gradually take on hands‑on technical work as your skills grow

This is a development role — we expect you to learn, ask questions and build confidence over time.
