– B2C Superpowers : Deep-dive user research, A/B tests, & analytics in high-traffic consumer apps. Personalize journeys for 35M+ users – think AI matches, chat boosts, & premium perks!

Your Ideal Profile : Must-Haves :

– 5-8 yrs hands-on in B2C

– Design Systems pro : Built/maintained at scale (Figma, Storybook, Tokens)

– Tools : Figma (expert), Adobe Suite, Prototyping (Framer/Miro), User testing
