Your new role

You will join a small but high-performing infrastructure team responsible for end‑to‑end desktop management, secure access control and BAU support across a large and complex user base. This role will suit someone who thrives in environments where they can take ownership, work proactively without supervision and contribute positively to team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Windows 11 desktop management, including OS rationalisation, policy clean-up and application patching.
• Advanced endpoint management using Intune, SCCM and Patch My PC.
• Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and BAU escalations, providing expert-level diagnosis and resolution.
• Security and access governance, including reviewing and removing unnecessary local admin rights.
• Supporting users across multi-site, government or ministerial environments, ensuring high reliability and professional service.
• Collaborating closely with peers to uplift standards, modernise processes and improve system stability.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Hands-on technical skills in Intune, SCCM and enterprise patching tools.
• Strong capability in problem-solving, root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Ability to work autonomously in an environment with competing priorities and limited supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, team orientation and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in government, ministerial, or complex multi-site environments is highly desirable.
