Senior Data Scientist – Machine Learning

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Machine Learning, Demand Forecasting, and large-scale analytics. The candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and supply chain teams to build advanced forecasting and optimization models for CPG clients.

Responsibilities :

– Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and modern ML frameworks

– Translate business and functional requirements into data-driven solutions and ML use cases

– Develop and deploy machine learning models for forecasting and customer churn prediction.

– Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

– Build predictive analytics solutions to improve customer retention and business performance.

– Design and implement statistical and ML algorithms.

– Perform feature engineering, model validation, and performance tuning.

– Develop and deploy ML solutions using cloud-based platforms with preference for Google Cloud

– Implement and manage end-to-end ML workflows including training, validation, deployment, and monitoring

Must-Have Skills :

– Machine Learning & Demand Forecasting

– PySpark, Python, SQL

– Big Data Analytics (large-scale data pipelines, distributed computing)

– Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and Supply Chain domain

– Pandas, NumPy

– Statistics fundamentals

– Hypothesis testing / statistical testing

– Regression models

– Data cleaning, EDA

– Visualization

– Optimization

– Cron jobs/Scheduling
