Your new role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will take a leading role in shaping and delivering advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that directly influence business strategy. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals, identify impactful opportunities, and translate complex challenges into practical, data‑driven outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing advanced models that solve complex problems and support strategic decision‑making.
• Analysing diverse datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive commercial and customer outcomes.
• Engaging with stakeholders to frame business challenges into structured analytical questions and design solutions aligned with organisational priorities.
• Collaborating across teams, sharing best practices, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the analytics community.
• Documenting and communicating methodologies, results, and recommendations in a clear, accessible way for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience building, deploying, and refining machine learning models and advanced statistical techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with deep experience using data manipulation, modelling, and visualisation libraries.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with familiarity in cloud‑native data science workflows.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to apply analytical thinking in a commercial context and influence decisions through data‑driven insights.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset, with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering measurable impact.
