Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to frontier research in LLMs, LMMs, agentic search, reasoning, memory AI architectures
• Design, implement models and translate advanced theories into working prototypes and production-grade AI systemsnd long-term me

Research & Publication:

• Publish in top-tier journals and conferences, secure patents, and contribute to the open-source AI community with datasets, models, and code releases.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

• Collaborate with AI researchers across our global AI centers
• Guide junior researchers and interns on research matters
• Present findings at global conferences, consortia, and internal forums

Industry Insight:

• Bridge theory and application by working closely with teams
• Contribute to R&D roadmaps and technical hiring standards
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, technologies, and applications that shape industries and transform businesses.

Essential Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in high-impact AI competitions or large-scale research projects.
• Proven research experience with publications in top conferences and journals, such as ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, NeurIPS, ICML, etc.
• Experience in developing and refining large-scale language models and visionlanguage models is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with hands-on experience in Linux environments
• Experience with distributed model training, evaluation pipelines, and agentic search

Soft Skills :

• Strong skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and self-motivation
