Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our field services team. The successful candidate will be trained and supported to become responsible for providing exceptional customer service on equipment installations, repairs and servicing. Equipment such as:
• MFD (photocopier/printers) installations and servicing
• ATM repairs and installs
• Incidental cabling work
• Gaming machine service and repairs
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Qualifications:
No qualifications required; we will train you! To succeed the following will help:
o Good written English and basic math skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal
o Attention to detail and accuracy
o Basic computer skills
o Be willing to attain gaming machine repair licence
o Be willing to attain defence clearance
o Collaborate with team members to implement improvement strategies to achieve business objectives
