Data Science Internship

Job Description

This role is ideal for learners who want to move from concepts to real applications in Data Science.

What You Will Learn & Do

• Learn the complete data science lifecycle, from data collection to model evaluation.
• Collect, clean, analyse, and transform structured and semi-structured datasets.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover meaningful insights.
• Build and understand predictive and analytical models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Work with Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Create visualisations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights clearly.
• Apply machine learning fundamentals such as regression, classification, and clustering.
• Learn how data-driven insights support business and strategic decision-making.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.

Who Can Apply

• Students or recent graduates pursuing or holding a B.Tech / BE / M.Tech / MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Learners with a basic to intermediate understanding of Python and statistics.
• Familiarity with SQL is helpful but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in learning Data Science concepts and practical implementation.
• Curious, detail-oriented individuals with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with data visualisation or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Basic awareness of cloud platforms or Docker.
• Prior exposure to datasets from HR, recruitment, or business domains.
