Responsibilities

• Convert Figma designs into responsive websites
• Develop and maintain WordPress websites
• Build React-based web applications
• Develop Python-based backend solutions
• Integrate APIs and third-party services
• Optimize website performance and Core Web Vitals
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and business stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years in WordPress development
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Portfolio demonstrating Figma-to-Web implementations
• Experience working with international clients

Ideal Candidate Profile

A developer who can:

• Take a Figma design and build it independently.
• Develop custom WordPress and React applications.
• Handle frontend, backend, hosting, deployment, and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
• Think beyond coding and contribute to product, UX, and business outcomes.
