The Role

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Designer & Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is confident building complete websites from start to finish and has both strong design skills and practical development experience.

We are not looking for a complex software developer. Instead, we need a hands-on website developer who understands how to design, build, and launch professional websites efficiently.

You must have extensive experience with WordPress website design and development and must have previously designed and developed websites yourself.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop WordPress websites from concept through to launch
• Create clean, modern, and user-friendly website designs
• Build responsive websites that perform well across devices
• Implement content, plugins, and basic SEO setup where required
• Work closely with our overseas team to deliver projects smoothly
• Maintain clear communication with both clients and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Deploy completed websites to hosting environments

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with WordPress website development
• Ability to design and develop websites independently from start to finish
• Minimum 10 websites built with a portfolio to demonstrate your work
• Ability to work with Figma files and make design updates or adjustments when required
• Knowledge of website hosting, domain setup, and deploying websites to hosting providers
• Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and site structure
• Experience building eCommerce websites
• Experience working with WooCommerce, Shopify, and Wix eCommerce platforms
• Understanding of product setup, payment gateways, checkout flows, and eCommerce functionality
