Web Technologies – User Experience Designer

Job Description

About the Role :– We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Creative Web Designer, UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

– You will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences, and leading design initiatives from concept to execution.

– This role requires a strong understanding of modern design trends, UI/UX principles, and the

ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :– Collaborate with clients, design agency, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and create exceptional design solutions.

– Design user interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile apps with a focus on usability and visual appeal.

– Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

– Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.

– Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.

– Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

– Mentor and guide junior designers in the team when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

– 3 – 7 years of proven experience as a Senior Web Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role.

– Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.

– Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD),

Sketch, InVision, etc.

– Good understanding of web standards and workflow.

– Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

– Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.

– Experience in working in agile environments is a plus.

Education :

– Relevant certifications in UI/UX design are a plus.
