Web Specialist

Job Description

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative, innovative environment, supporting ongoing website optimization and new launches to ensure an engaging user experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Optimizely preferred)
• Proven experience with QA/UAT testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Support for sitewide or marketing-driven launches
• Familiarity with performance, accessibility, or analytics concepts
• Exposure to modern web technologies and AI solutions
• Knowledge of Agentic AI tools and trends
• Ability to perform cross-browser and cross-device testing

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Previous experience supporting website launches and promotions
• Demonstrated curiosity about emerging web trends and tools

Other Requirements:

• Ability to occasionally travel for project needs
• Strong attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
• Reliable remote work capabilities
