What You’ll Do
Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with external developers to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
Manage Content: Create, upload, and maintain content through our CMS with precision and performance in mind.
Enhance UX: Use analytics and feedback to improve usability, navigation, and conversion rates.
Support Campaigns: Design landing pages and assets that integrate seamlessly with marketing initiatives.
Prioritise SEO & Accessibility: Ensure designs meet best practices for performance and inclusivity.
Test & QA: Conduct cross-device and browser testing to maintain design integrity and technical stability.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in web or digital design, ideally within travel, lifestyle, or premium brands.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CMS frameworks (Kentico a plus).
UX/UI Knowledge: Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Salesforce) to inform design decisions.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work across creative, marketing, and technical teams.
Passion: A love for travel, storytelling, and connecting people with the natural world.
