What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll sit at the intersection of content, operations, and digital delivery, with responsibilities including:

  • Managing day-to-day website updates via CMS platforms
  • Creating and deploying web pages, landing pages, and microsites
  • Supporting the planning, scoping, and delivery of web and ecommerce projects
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve bugs and issues
  • Editing and proofreading website content to ensure brand consistency and quality
  • Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) across digital projects
  • Performing content audits and identifying UX and optimisation opportunities
  • Supporting website performance through analytics and CRO initiatives
  • Managing product catalogue updates and ecommerce performance

What You’ll Bring
Experience & Skills

  • 1+ years’ experience working with CMS platforms (AEM or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Exposure to managing web updates or digital projects end-to-end
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social, email, etc.)
  • Familiarity with wireframes, sitemaps, and digital specifications
