What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll sit at the intersection of content, operations, and digital delivery, with responsibilities including:
- Managing day-to-day website updates via CMS platforms
- Creating and deploying web pages, landing pages, and microsites
- Supporting the planning, scoping, and delivery of web and ecommerce projects
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve bugs and issues
- Editing and proofreading website content to ensure brand consistency and quality
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) across digital projects
- Performing content audits and identifying UX and optimisation opportunities
- Supporting website performance through analytics and CRO initiatives
- Managing product catalogue updates and ecommerce performance
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Skills
- 1+ years’ experience working with CMS platforms (AEM or similar)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Exposure to managing web updates or digital projects end-to-end
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social, email, etc.)
- Familiarity with wireframes, sitemaps, and digital specifications
