Web Developer / Website Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and fix website issues across WordPress and Webflow Improve website speed, performance, and responsiveness

Manage updates, plugins, integrations, and backend functionality Ensure websites are secure, stable, and running efficiently Implement design improvements and UX enhancements where needed

Assist with landing pages and marketing integrations (forms, email, etc.) Requirements Proven experience with WordPress and Webflow

Strong understanding of website performance optimisation Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently Experience with hosting environments, domains, and DNS

Basic knowledge of SEO best practices Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Bonus Skills (Not Essential) Experience with eCommerce (WooCommerce or similar) Familiarity with integrations (payment gateways, CRMs, email platforms)

Basic design skills (Canva / Adobe / UI understanding) What We’re Looking
