Web Developer/Graphic Designer

Job Description

The Role: 
This role is all about designing, developing, and maintaining functional, user-focussed, professional websites for a diverse range of businesses. You’ll also get to flex your communication skills, liaising with clients to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Designing and developing websites with a focus on user experience, practicality and functionality. 
• Working closely with clients to deliver customised solutions that add value and build lasting relationships. 
• Managing website updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring security. 
• Working with a mix of platforms, predominantly WordPress and Shopify. 
• Staying in the loop with industry trends and technology including AI advancements. 
• Some experience in SEO and Google Ads
• Some experience in 360 panoramic tour software
• Some experience in software development (Python)

What We’re Looking For: 

• Experience in web design and development (freelance, in-house, or agency—show us your portfolio!). 
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and WordPress & Shopify (bonus points for JavaScript). 
• Experience with a multitude for cPanels is needed 
• Excellent communication skills—you’ll be talking to clients and working with our team. 
• Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a love for practical design. 
• A driving, can-do attitude and a knack for independent and team-oriented work. 
• We offer digital marketing and custom plugin development to our clients, so if you have skills in these areas, bring ‘em! We appreciate multi-faceted skillsets.
