Web Developer

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, building scalable solutions and contributing to a long-term strategic initiative.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and modern web technologies
• Build and enhance functionality within Drupal-based platforms
• Design and develop REST API integrations
• Contribute to front end development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Support eCommerce functionality and third-party integrations
• Participate in solution design, code reviews and technical discussions
• Work collaboratively with Product, Business Analysis and UX stakeholders
• Utilise AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice development

About You
You are an experienced full stack web developer who enjoys working in collaborative product-focused environments.
You will bring:

• Commercial experience in web application development
• Strong PHP development skills
• Solid experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
• Strong SQL/database skills
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• An interest in modern development practices and AI-enabled development tools

Nice to Have

• Drupal experience
• AWS or cloud platform experience
• eCommerce platform experience
• Exposure to GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar AI development tools
• Experience working on complex digital products or SaaS platforms
