Job Description

As a Web Developer in Melbourne, you will play an integral role in designing innovative web solutions that elevate the organisation’s digital presence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve creating interactive content that connects with databases, maintaining corporate websites according to brand guidelines, collaborating with various departments to deliver tailored web applications, and implementing advanced security protocols.

  • Design and develop high-quality web pages and content that seamlessly interact with databases while ensuring user-friendliness and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and protect both internal and external corporate websites by adhering strictly to established style guides and organisational standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to analyse requirements, design solutions, construct web applications, and implement them within prescribed environments.
  • Enhance website customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) through ongoing improvements informed by feedback and analytics.

Your proven track record as a Web Developer will showcase your ability to deliver interactive digital solutions that meet business objectives while enriching customer journeys. You bring strong technical skills in database integration, responsive design for mobile devices, CMS utilisation, API integration for social media channels, as well as advanced SEO optimisation techniques.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing interactive web designs that connect with databases while prioritising user-friendly interfaces.
  • Proven ability to maintain corporate websites in accordance with style guides and organisational standards.
  • Technology Stack is Azure Database (MSSQL), Postgres, Vue.js (Laravel also desired)
  • Proficiency in leveraging CMS platforms for efficient website management alongside integration of social media APIs.
