What you’ll need to succeed

Must – have

• Demonstrated experience with Squiz DXP or Squiz Matrix CMS, including content management, templates, workflows, and multi‑site management. [squiz.net]
• Strong frontend development skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (and relevant frameworks).
• Experience with Funnelback Search / AI Search, including configuration and tuning. [squiz.net]
• Familiarity with Squiz features such as visual page builder, personalization, forms, A/B testing, and analytics. [softwareadvice.com]
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data‑driven digital experience delivery. [alpha-solutions.com]
• Exposure to accessibility standards, SEO, and enterprise digital governance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Desirable

• Experience working in complex enterprise or government environments using Squiz Matrix. [forgov.qld.gov.au]
• Knowledge of multi‑channel content delivery, headless CMS practices, and omnichannel personalization. [softwareworld.co]
