Job Description

This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building, maintaining, and improving real-world digital products. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality web solutions that directly support the business.

About the Role

You’ll play a hands-on role across our websites and internal projects, with responsibilities including:

• Developing, maintaining, and improving company websites and internal web projects
• Building, customising, and maintaining WordPress websites, including themes, layouts, plugins, performance, and integrations
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-structured code across front-end and back-end components
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving website and application issues
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Providing progress updates and supporting smooth testing and deployments

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and PHP
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end issues
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
