This is a full-time position. We are seeking a Web Developer to support the design, development, and ongoing optimisation of client websites and internal digital platforms. The role is integral to ensuring that websites function effectively as part of broader marketing strategies and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and web-based applications
  • Build and customise websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks or CMS platforms
  • Develop and maintain web crawlers and data scraping tools to support market research, content

aggregation, and performance monitoring

  • Support day-to-day website operations, including content updates, performance optimisation, and

technical SEO foundations

  • Implement and manage analytics tracking, dashboards, and reporting (e.g. Google Analytics, tag management, data exports)
  • Analyse website and campaign data to identify optimisation opportunities and support marketing decisions
  • Ensure website performance, security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Manage integrations with marketing tools, analytics platforms, APIs, and third-party services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hosting environments, website functionality, or data pipelines
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and version control practices
  • Collaborate closely with marketing managers, designers, and content teams to align technical delivery with campaign objectives
  • Where appropriate, participate in client discussions, provide technical explanations, and support ongoing client relationships

About You

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in web development, web operations, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development,

Data, or a related discipline

  • Strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with content management systems, hosting environments, and deployment workflows
  • Practical experience with web scraping, automation, or data collection (e.g. Python, JavaScript-based crawlers, APIs)
  • Familiarity with website analytics, data interpretation, and performance reporting
  • Ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders in a creative, marketing-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience communicating directly with clients
  • Interest in digital growth, optimisation, and data-driven marketing
