Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer with a sharp eye for modern UX/UI principles, proficiency in design systems, and a track record of building responsive websites using CMS platforms like Webflow or WordPress. You’ll be working closely with brand strategists, developers, and marketing leads to translate concepts into intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate wireframes and briefs into high-fidelity designs using Figma or Adobe XD
  • Design and build responsive websites with consistent behavior across devices and browsers
  • Implement designs in Webflow or WordPress (Elementor or Gutenberg proficiency preferred)
  • Maintain and extend a design system tailored to evolving brand standards
  • Optimize pages for performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance), and SEO structure
  • Conduct UX testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics data
  • Integrate third-party platforms (e.g., HubSpot forms, Stripe, Calendly) without compromising design
  • Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure design accuracy in final deployment
  • Stay updated with current UI trends, interaction patterns, and browser/device capabilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, HCI, Digital Media, or a closely related field
  • 3–6 years of web design experience, with a portfolio of live, client-facing work
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and how they apply to user flows, hierarchy, and conversions
  • Mastery of Figma (component libraries, prototyping, auto-layout) or Adobe XD
  • Proven experience designing and building websites in Webflow or WordPress
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS – while not a developer role, design decisions must respect front-end constraints
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (semantic markup, heading structure, alt text, meta optimization)
  • Strong attention to detail – pixel-perfect design handoffs and execution
  • Experience with accessibility standards and creating inclusive design
  • Excellent time management and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Skills:

  • Animation/microinteraction skills using Lottie, After Effects, or Webflow Interactions
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startup environments
  • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, GA4, or Mixpanel for behavioral analysis
  • Understanding of localization/internationalization in web design
