Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Web Designer who will lead the design and development of visually compelling, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions, while mentoring junior designers and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.

You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end design processfrom requirement gathering and UI/UX design to front-end implementationwhile maintaining brand consistency and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :
– Lead the design and development of modern, responsive websites

– Understand client requirements and convert them into effective design solutions

– Conduct client calls, presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions

– Create and manage UI/UX designs using Figma (design systems, components, prototypes)

– Convert designs into clean, maintainable HTML & CSS

– Build reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS

– Ensure pixel-perfect, cross-browser, and responsive designs

– Review team members work and provide guidance and mentorship

– Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and maintain quality standards

– Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders

– Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets

– Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies

Qualifications & Skills :

– 3.55 years of proven experience as a Web Designer / UI Designer

– Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS

– Hands-on experience with Figma (design systems & components)

– Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layouts

– Experience designing responsive and mobile-first websites

– Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

– Experience in mentoring junior designers and reviewing design work

– Strong time-management and multitasking skills

– Attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency

– Knowledge of basic JavaScript and frontend frameworks is a plus

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

– Experience working with development teams in an Agile environment

– Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)

– Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

– Experience in branding and visual identity design
