THE ROLE

We are looking for a Web Designer to partner closely with our CRO Manager to improve website performance through thoughtful design, testing, and iteration. This role focuses on creating and refining landing pages and site experiences with conversion outcomes as the priority.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CRO Manager to develop and execute website improvement ideas.
• Design, build, and iterate on high-performing landing pages.
• Update and optimize existing pages based on data and test results.
• Lead UX-focused web design work with an emphasis on clarity, usability, and conversion impact.
• Test multiple design variations and evaluate performance outcomes
• Apply A/B testing insights to guide design decisions.
• Balance visual appeal with effectiveness, focusing on what drives user action.
  

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience designing and building websites on Shopify is a must.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools, specifically Convert.com.
• Solid understanding of UX and conversion-focused web design principles.
• Experience working in a testing-driven environment.
• Ability to translate hypotheses and data into practical design solutions.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and optimization teams.
