Web Design Specialist

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage UX/UI design end-to-end, from initial discovery and research to prototypes and final delivery
• Create intuitive, accessible, high-fidelity interfaces for web and apps
• Pinpoint user friction points and craft clean, effective design solutions
• Run user research and usability testing, applying insights to refine designs
• Develop wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes across Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to keep the platform consistent
• Work alongside cross-functional teams through design reviews, workshops, and feedback sessions
• Keep up with UX/UI trends and evolving best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years in UX/UI design
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong end-to-end design work across web and mobile
• Hands-on proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Proven experience building and managing design systems
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
