Job Description

Duties : 

  • Designing and developing our Interactive Property App’s
  • General Web design and maintenance, primarily of our own Company websites
  • User interface design on a range of our inhouse software applications
  • Working with our developers to build out and maintain our inhouse software applications
  • Customer Support via emails and telephone
  • Basic Troubleshooting … assessing issues and problems advised by customers, completing and implementing simple fixes as / when able
  • Assessing customer requests for system improvements or error fixes, before directing to correct channel / software team member for actioning 
  • Assisting in day to day project management
  • Creation, sending and ongoing optimisation of Company EDM’s  
  • Assist with preparation and planning for expo/trade show attendance when applicable 
  • General office maintenance (eg, cleaning, office supplies maintained)

Qualifications & Knowledge : 

  • Min 2-3yrs experience in web design (essential)
  • Mailchimp / Klaviyo awareness / understanding (ideal)
  • Previous experience creating and maintaining EDMs (essential)
  • Software / Graphic design skills and experience (essential)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (essential)
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft programs, eg Word, Excel, Powerpoint (essential)
