Job Description

Role Summary:

We’re seeking a Web Content Manager to own the strategy, execution, and governance of content across our public-facing websites. This role goes beyond content updates—you will lead content lifecycle planning, UX alignment, CMS optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, compliance, and development teams. The ideal candidate has a sharp editorial mindset, strong digital instincts, and hands-on experience with component-based CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Governance
    • Develop and implement a content governance model that supports SEO, compliance, and accessibility requirements.
    • Audit, analyze, and refine site content structure and taxonomy in collaboration with UX teams.
    • Establish and enforce editorial standards, voice and tone guidelines, and publishing workflows.
  • Site & Content Management
    • Own day-to-day management of the corporate website and affiliated microsites using a headless or modular CMS (preferably Sitecore or Contentful).
    • Coordinate with UX, SEO, legal, and analytics teams to evaluate content performance and user behavior.
    • Define content requirements for new components, ensuring modular content is reusable and scalable.
  • Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Lead content planning and prioritization across campaigns, product launches, and organizational initiatives.
    • Train and support internal content contributors, enforcing quality and consistency.
    • Act as the liaison between business units and development teams to align on technical feasibility and publishing timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level website content in a corporate or agency setting.
    • Advanced proficiency in a CMS with reusable component architecture (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful).
    • Demonstrated ability to lead web content strategy, including taxonomy, metadata, and governance documentation.
    • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and how it affects layout and accessibility.
    • Strong familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics (GA4), and user journey optimization.
    • Experience collaborating with UX designers and front-end developers to support structured content delivery.
    • Exceptional organizational and editorial skills with an ability to manage competing priorities and multiple timelines.
