The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between content creators, SEO strategists, and web developers to ensure that every piece published enhances user experience and drives measurable engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, edit, and refine web content for clarity, tone, accuracy, and consistency, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with content writers, marketing teams, and SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines without compromising readability or style.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar, prioritizing updates, new content launches, and seasonal campaigns with strict deadlines.
  • Conduct quality assurance on web pages before publishing, including links, multimedia elements, and formatting checks across multiple devices and browsers.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
  • Stay current with digital content trends, SEO best practices, and evolving audience preferences to keep the website content fresh and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) editing and managing web content in a fast-paced environment, preferably in e-commerce, tech, or media sectors.
  • Exceptional command of English with a sharp eye for detail in grammar, punctuation, and style nuances.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience applying them to web content.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or similar) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge to troubleshoot formatting issues.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics to inform content decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams, balancing creative input and editorial standards.
