We’re looking for a Web Analyst with strong GA4, GTM, and SQL expertise who can turn data into actionable insights. You’ll build dashboards, analyze performance, and tell compelling data stories that help teams make smarter decisions. In this role, you are going to:

  • Establish, maintain, review, and continuously optimize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) configurations to ensure absolute data accuracy and integrity
  • Analyze and optimize dataLayer coverage and structure to ensure robust, scalable data collection
  • Create and implement measurement strategies perfectly aligned with business goals, defining custom dimensions, metrics, and advanced event tracking
  • Utilize GA4 with all its functionalities to perform deep-dive analyses, uncover trends, and build customized reports and dashboards that turn complex data into actionable business insights
  • Apply familiarity with modern marketing and tracking practices to safely implement, troubleshoot, and thoroughly test tracking scripts
  • Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to promote data-driven decision-making and ensure tracking specs are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data analysis and segmentation; support A/B testing initiatives where relevant
  • Contribute to broader business insights analysis, working alongside the analytics team to connect web data to wider business performance questions
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest privacy regulations, GA4 features, and analytics best practices

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience setting up, maintaining, reviewing, and optimizing complex Google Tag Manager and GA4 environments
  • Strong understanding of dataLayer architecture, including the ability to analyze coverage gaps and guide developers on optimization
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage the full suite of GA4 functionalities to answer complex business questions
  • Hands-on experience implementing various marketing and tracking scripts, with a disciplined approach to testing and QA
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing raw GA4 export data
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English – capable of translating intricate tracking setups and raw data into clear, stakeholder-friendly insight

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Familiarity with iGaming metrics and KPIs
  • Experience working with Google BigQuery
  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for creating automated, dynamic dashboards
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console (GSC) to connect search performance with on-site user behavior
  • Sufficient knowledge of A/B testing and CRO methodologies to support other roles with advanced data validation and analysis
  • Solid understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact tracking and DOM scraping
