• Champion cutting-edge technologies AI/ML, cloud-native tools, blockchain for a secure and intelligent marketplace.
• Ensure every tech initiative aligns with business strategy, customer needs, and global digital trends.

Platform Development & Scalability :

• Architect a resilient, high-performance platform that scales with user growth and global expansion.
• Optimize AI-driven matchmaking, fraud detection, and predictive analytics.
• Lead the way in DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and seamless platform integrations.

Cybersecurity & Compliance :

• Create a fortress of trust: secure user data, enable safe transactions, and comply with global privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Build a tech ecosystem where security and transparency are baked into every layer.

AI Innovation & Data Intelligence :

• Turn data into growth by leveraging AI to generate actionable insights, recommendations, and real-time decision-making tools for SMEs.
• Build responsible AI systems with robust data governance and user privacy at their core.

Team Leadership & Culture :

• Build, lead, and mentor a world-class engineering team that thrives on innovation and purpose.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Serve as a bridge between product, business, and engineering to deliver value fast.

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion :

• Forge strong alliances with global tech players, AI labs, payment providers, and government bodies.
• Drive platform integrations across logistics, fintech, and B2B services.

Who You Are :

The Essentials :

• 10+ years of hands-on technology leadership experience in high-growth SaaS, marketplaces, or AI-powered platforms.
• Proven success scaling secure, data-rich platforms handling millions of users or transactions.

Expertise in :

• AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, real-time analytics)
• Cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• DevOps, microservices, Kubernetes, API security
• Programming in Python, Java, Golang, or Node.js

Bonus Points :

• Experience with blockchain, smart contracts, and digital trust frameworks.
• A deep passion for solving real-world problems for SMEs.
