Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Demonstrating strong expertise in typography, layout, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy with high attention to detail and strong design taste
– Creating high-quality brand-led creatives across digital (social, ads, SEO content) and offline (events, print, brochures, swag) channels
– Leading end-to-end website design, collaborating with marketers and developers, handling handoffs, and ensuring QA for final output
– Generating product illustrations, diagrams, and visual storytelling assets to simplify complex concepts, including basic motion/GIFs
– Collaborating effectively with cross-functional marketing teams (PMM, content, growth, brand) and managing multiple stakeholders/projects
Qualifications Required:
– Minimum 5+ years of experience in Visual Design / Brand Design / Marketing Design roles (not UI/UX focused)
– Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS companies, preferably in startup environments with exposure to building and scaling brand/design systems
– Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic understanding of motion tools is a plus
– Portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS design work, including marketing collaterals, website design, brand assets, and campaigns
