Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Edit product, service, training, corporate and internal videos
• Create reels, Shorts, advertisements and sales-team cut-downs
• Develop thumbnails, static social posts and digital ad creatives
• Add subtitles, specification labels, feature callouts and motion graphics
• Colour-grade footage and clean dialogue, voiceovers, music and machine audio
• Participate in concept development, storyboarding and shot-list preparation
• Join shoots and assist with cameras, framing, audio and footage management
• Flag missing shots or technical requirements before and during production
• Organize raw footage, project files, templates and final exports
• Help establish Studio’s post-production and visual-brand systems

Must-Haves

• 2–4 years of professional video-editing or multimedia-design experience
• A portfolio demonstrating long-form editing, short-form content and graphic design
• Professional proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Working knowledge of After Effects or comparable motion-graphics tools
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar design software
• Strong understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, colour and audio
• Ability to create thumbnails, static posts and advertising creatives
• Basic camera, framing and location-production knowledge
• Willingness to participate frequently in shoots
• Strong file-management and deadline-management habits

Great to Have

• Experience with industrial, automotive, manufacturing or technical content
• Experience operating a second camera, gimbal or location-audio equipment
• Sound-design and audio-mixing skills
• Product photography and image-retouching experience
• Experience creating high-performing YouTube and social-media content
• Hindi and Marathi communication skills
