Responsibilities:

1. Transform raw footage into polished, platform-ready content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Shorts executing precise cuts, seamless transitions, vibrant colour grading, and immersive sound design that elevates every frame.
2. Bring content to life with compelling motion graphics, bold text overlays, striking thumbnails, and purposeful visual effects that stay true to Digital Heroes’ brand identity and aesthetic.
3. Provide confident on-set direction during shoots guiding framing, lighting, and shot composition to ensure every scene is captured with post-production excellence in mind.
4. Own the complete post-production pipeline from start to finish, keeping assets organised, maintaining visual consistency across all episodes, and delivering every piece on time without compromise.
5. Stay ahead of the curve on the latest editing trends from powerful hooks and dynamic pacing to proven YouTube retention strategies and apply those insights to consistently maximise watch time and audience engagement
