Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

  • Edit and produce engaging video content for multiple client brands across platforms including social media, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns.
  • Create and edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts) as well as long-form videos and YouTube contentaligned with each client’s marketing strategy.
  • Adapt editing styles to match different brand voices, visual identities, and audience expectations.
  • Optimize video formats, pacing, captions, transitions, and structure for platform-specific performance and audience engagement.
  • Manage multiple client video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high production quality.
  • Incorporate internal team and client feedback efficiently to refine and finalize video deliverables.
  • Maintain organized video asset libraries, project files, and templates to streamline workflows across multiple accounts.

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Contribute to the planning, development, and execution of strategic content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Craft and edit compelling, brand-aligned visual storytelling that supports broader marketing and SEO objectives with Social Media Specilist.
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and content marketers to develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and campaign content.
  • Ensure content supports inbound marketing campaigns and cross-channel brand consistency.

Visual Design & Creative Execution

  • Produce visually engaging digital content including branded videos, motion graphics, reels, and social media assets.
  • Apply client brand guidelines consistently while innovating with new formats and creative approaches.
  • Leverage motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling techniques to increase engagement and content performance.

Innovation & Workflow Management

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, editing techniques, AI tools, and platform algorithm changes to keep client content competitive.
  • Assist in managing publishing workflows and asset delivery across content management or scheduling platforms.
  • Continuously refine editing workflows and templates to increase production efficiency and scalability across accounts.
