Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-centric digital experiences across multiple platforms. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and creativity to ensure that our products are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Execution: Lead the design process from ideation to final handoff, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
  • User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate findings into actionable insights for design decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure design solutions meet business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a consistent design system that aligns with brand guidelines and ensures a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
  • UI/UX Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to push the envelope on design innovation and user experience.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the problem solver for user interface and experience challenges, proposing simple yet effective design solutions.
  • Iterative Improvement: Use analytics and user feedback to continuously iterate on designs, making data-driven decisions to optimize user experience.
  • Cross-Platform Design: Design for multiple platforms including web, mobile, and tablets, ensuring responsiveness and seamless functionality across devices.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record in designing user-centric digital products.
    • Solid portfolio showcasing experience in both UX research and UI design, with a focus on product design.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
    • Expertise in designing high-fidelity user interfaces and creating interactive prototypes.
    • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical constraints.
    • Ability to design for accessibility, ensuring products are inclusive for users with varying abilities.
  • Research and Testing:
    • Experience conducting user research (qualitative and quantitative) and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
    • Familiar with usability testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Maze, UserTesting).
  • Problem Solving:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design challenges.
  • Collaboration:
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail:
    • Keen eye for detail with a focus on pixel-perfect design and consistency across screens and devices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Experience designing enterprise-level applications or SaaS products.
    • Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
  • Design Systems:
    • Proven experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
  • Certifications:
    • Certifications in UX/UI design or related fields (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation).
