UX & UI Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and preferences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user interaction
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing outcomes
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and style guides to promote consistency across products
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to innovate and improve design processes
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UX & UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities
• Proficiency in current design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodology
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design for diverse platforms (web and mobile)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with development processes and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing sessions
• Understanding of accessibility standards and how to implement them
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and usability
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and tools in the industry
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design

• Exceptional visual design skills with a strong focus on creating user-friendly interfaces
• Strong communication skills for effectively presenting concepts and collaborating
• Attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences
