Role Summary

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who thrives in ambiguity and can turn complex workflows into seamless, intuitive interfaces. You will take ownership of product experiences across web and mobile platforms—from discovery and wireframing to interactive prototypes and final UI implementation. This role requires more than visual polish; we need someone who can interpret behavioral data, drive design strategy, and rigorously validate assumptions through testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user-centered solutions based on research, usability standards, and business objectives for B2B and B2C SaaS products.
  • Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope MVPs, prioritize design efforts, and maintain UI consistency across the product ecosystem.
  • Conduct usability tests, stakeholder reviews, and A/B experiments to validate assumptions and iterate quickly.
  • Translate complex data states (e.g., error resolution flows, onboarding sequences, dashboard analytics) into clean, guided experiences.
  • Develop and maintain our in-house design system in collaboration with front-end engineers.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders, including developers, marketers, and leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience in a cross-functional product team (SaaS, fintech, or enterprise platforms strongly preferred).
  • Mastery of Figma, with proficiency in creating and managing scalable design systems.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking across multi-step workflows—beyond landing pages or static visuals.
  • Comfortable leading user interviews, analyzing usage data, and iterating on insights.
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with design tokens, working closely with front-end developers on handoff precision.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Notion, or Productboard.
  • Excellent communication skills—capable of defending design decisions and adapting based on feedback.
