UX/UI Designer

About you:
You will be used to working in fast pace multidisciplinary teams, you will have a human centric and holistic approach with a focus on aligning users, business and technology to delivery effective digital services, and a delightful experience for all users.
You will have experience working in an agile environment, and strong work experience in delivering design and research activities. You will have fantastic interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork. You will be a self-driver and curious individual who loves to learn.
The Must Haves:
Strong Figma skills — you should be able to deliver high-fidelity designs, manage components, and keep file hygiene.
Good collaboration and communication — the current system is complex, so you will need to engage with BAs and Service Designers to fully understand flows. Being proactive in asking questions is important.
You don’t need to do problem-solving from scratch — flows and lo-fi mocks are already done — but you will still contribute thoughtfully in discussions.
You will need to be diligent in checking what’s already available and avoid duplicating work. Consistency is key.
