Job Description

Job Summary

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who thrives in designing intricate user flows and clean, data-dense interfaces for enterprise-grade platforms. This is not a visual decoration role — we want someone who understands how structure, usability, and interaction patterns drive business-critical tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for multi-layered web applications used by technical users (e.g. analysts, engineers, operations teams).
  • Conduct and synthesize findings from usability tests, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis (e.g. heatmaps, clickstream behavior).
  • Translate functional specs and edge-case-heavy requirements into intuitive layouts, with a strong emphasis on reducing cognitive load.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and system architects to implement seamless interactions, conditional logic, and real-time feedback systems.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems for large-scale products, ensuring consistency across modules and permission-based interfaces.
  • Work in Figma, Storybook, and component libraries — no handoffs without design tokens and UX logic notes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience designing dashboards, admin panels, or workflow-heavy systems (not landing pages or consumer apps).
  • Proven fluency in UX principles for dense interfaces: progressive disclosure, layout hierarchy for tabular data, and interaction design for high-friction environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down technical jargon into usable interface elements — you’ve designed for non-obvious use cases like audit trails, role-based access, or workflow queues.
  • Portfolio must show design rationale and UX decision-making for complex scenarios. Raw Figma links or annotated case studies required.
  • Strong command of accessibility (WCAG 2.1+), including designing for keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility in grid-heavy layouts.
  • Comfortable participating in user research with non-design-savvy stakeholders (engineers, operators, compliance officers).
  • Bonus: Experience designing for data visualization-heavy interfaces, or for applications with time-sensitive workflows (e.g. incident management, logistics, or financial operations).
