Job Description

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who thrives at the intersection of product thinking and interaction design. You’ll work closely with our product managers, developers, and customer success team to identify pain points in real workflows and translate them into intuitive digital experiences. This isn’t a role for pixel pushers — we want someone who can think strategically, defend design rationale, and iterate quickly based on live user feedback. You should be excited about designing for complex systems, not just static screens.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design of features from discovery to delivery across web and mobile platforms
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs grounded in UX research and user feedback
  • Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations to validate assumptions
  • Design for consistency across the product, maintaining and evolving our design system
  • Collaborate directly with developers to ensure designs are implementable and delivered as intended
  • Participate in design critiques and proactively seek feedback from cross-functional peers
  • Champion accessibility and responsiveness in all design outputs
  • Translate metrics (e.g., drop-off rates, support tickets) into actionable design improvements

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience designing user interfaces for SaaS products or internal tools with complex user flows
  • Portfolio that demonstrates a clear design process, from initial user research to polished UI
  • Proven ability to simplify dense information architectures and reduce cognitive load
  • Comfortable working in Figma with component-based design systems and auto layout
  • Basic understanding of frontend development constraints (HTML, CSS, responsive behavior)
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
  • Experience conducting and synthesizing user research (e.g., contextual inquiries, usability studies)
  • Strong communication skills — able to articulate trade-offs and get buy-in from both design and non-design stakeholders
