UX Team Lead

Job Description

What is needed in this role:

Technical & Legal:

• Strong background in product design and interaction design, knowledge of UX research methodologies as well as design systems governance.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Interaction Design or a related field, or relevant experience that can substitute for formal education.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
  

Soft skills:

• Strong storytelling, presentation, and argumentation skills.
• Mix of strategic and detail thinking. Ability to see a big picture, identify the long-term impacts, and dive into specifics.
• Mix of analytical and creative thinking: Proficiency in analysing new complex situations, identifying resolution patterns. Ability to combine analytical rigor with creative approaches to problem-solving.
• Readiness to work with complex processes.
