We’re looking for a curious and methodical UX Researcher who thrives at the intersection of human behavior and digital experience. This role is not just about collecting data but uncovering deep insights that directly influence design decisions and product strategy. You’ll partner closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to embed user-centric thinking throughout the product lifecycle. Your knack for storytelling and translating complex user data into actionable recommendations will be critical to shaping products that truly resonate with users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mixed-methods research initiatives, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches tailored to specific product challenges.
  • Design and facilitate user interviews, usability tests, diary studies, and field research with diverse user groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical research questions aligned with business goals.
  • Translate research findings into clear, impactful presentations, user personas, journey maps, and strategic recommendations.
  • Advocate for user needs and behaviors throughout product development, ensuring design decisions are grounded in evidence.
  • Challenge assumptions and propose innovative research frameworks that push beyond conventional usability testing.
  • Stay ahead of emerging UX research methodologies and tools, integrating them where appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience conducting UX research in fast-paced digital product environments.
  • Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end research projects independently, from planning through to synthesis and presentation.
  • Expertise in a wide range of research techniques: usability testing, ethnographic studies, surveys, A/B testing, data analytics, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Strong quantitative skills including experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working within agile teams, adapting research plans to shifting priorities and product iterations.
  • A deep empathy for users and a relentless curiosity about how people interact with technology.
