About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our cloud modernization initiative. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the usability and accessibility of cloud-based platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and cloud architects to modernize legacy systems and deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of user interfaces for cloud-based applications, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement responsive and accessible designs using HTML and CSS.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
  • Create and maintain design systems and documentation to support scalable design practices.
  • Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving project requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in cloud or enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management. Other platforms also ok.
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to collaborate effectively with front-end developers.
  • Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first web applications.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or modernization projects.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript or front-end frameworks is a plus.
  • Background in agile development environments.
