Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end design for complex enterprise workflows, from discovery to high-fidelity prototyping in Figma Make and Claude design.
• Partner with Product and Engineering squads to ensure design quality and usability throughout implementation.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate research and ideation while designing trusted, transparent AI-driven & Hybrid UI experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve our global design system to ensure consistency and accessibility.

Must-Have Skills

What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of end-to-end enterprise design.
• Deep expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Systems) and working within Agile collaboration frameworks.
• Proven experience attempting to integrate modern AI tools into a professional design practice workflow.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills tailored for cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a strong passion for continuous learning.
• Foundational knowledge of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.

Good-to-Have Skills
• Direct experience working with AI-first products, agentic workflows, conversational UI, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Basic technical understanding of front-end concepts (HTML/CSS).
• Experience collaborating within globally distributed cross-functional teams.
