Job Description

We’re looking for a UX Designer who doesn’t just “make wireframes,” but deeply understands how user behavior, product data, and business needs intersect. You’ll own the UX lifecycle of key features within our B2B SaaS platform—from research to high-fidelity prototypes—collaborating with product managers, front-end engineers, and customer success to ensure the experience actually solves the right problem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design for end-to-end workflows in our core platform, especially those used daily by power users in operations and finance roles.
  • Conduct task-focused usability testing (remote and in-person) to validate assumptions, especially around complex dashboard interactions.
  • Work directly with product managers to translate business logic and backend rules into usable interface patterns.
  • Audit current workflows for friction points—especially in mobile—using FullStory or similar tools, and propose redesigns.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility of interaction design and responsive behavior.
  • Maintain and extend our design system, with an emphasis on accessibility and scalability.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of UX design experience with digital products that have complex user flows (e.g. enterprise software, fintech tools, logistics platforms).
  • Demonstrable ability to simplify multi-step user tasks, with a portfolio that shows why you made the decisions—not just what you made.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma (component systems, prototyping, dev handoff) and a working understanding of HTML/CSS for responsive layouts.
  • Experience with user research methods that go beyond surveys—think: contextual inquiries, card sorting, or tree testing.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude) to inform design decisions.
  • Comfort presenting work to stakeholders and making tradeoff decisions in ambiguous situations.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience designing workflows that involve permissions, audit trails, or approval logic.
  • Background working in industries with regulatory constraints (e.g. healthcare, finance).
  • Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
