UX Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Own, design, and develop Wand AI UX.
• Drive design projects through all phases, from user research and exploratory prototypes to design reviews, delivery, and usability testing.
• Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a team environment.
• Understand customers and their needs through market analysis, customer research, and feedback.
• Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services and experiences.
• Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Facilitate the design process, present and iterate design solutions.

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience as a user experience designer.
• Experience creating user flows and wireframes, building user interface mockups and prototypes, and working with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout design processes.
• 4+ years of experience creating prototypes or wire-frames for complex web applications and/or workflows.
• Experience working with industry standard software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Experience designing web platforms.
• Experience building clickable prototypes.
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating user-centered design solutions with measurable outcomes (personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes).
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent degree.
• Fluent English.

An advantage:
• Experience working in the machine learning domain or with data scientists.
