Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and customer-centric UX Designer to craft world-class digital experiences across gaming and sports betting platforms serving global audiences.
This role demands strong customer journey expertise, behavioral design capability, and deep understanding of high-engagement consumer ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities :
– Design intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused customer experiences across web and mobile platforms
– Drive UX strategy across registration, onboarding, wallet, betting journey, gameplay, promotions, loyalty, and retention ecosystems
– Build seamless end-to-end customer journeys with strong focus on usability, accessibility, engagement, and conversion optimization
– Conduct user research, competitor analysis, customer interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis
– Develop wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, customer flows, journey maps, and design systems
– Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, CRM, Analytics, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams
– Identify customer pain points and optimize user journeys through data-driven design decisions
– Design high-performance experiences for fast-moving, high-volume global digital platforms
– Support experimentation initiatives including A/B testing and UX optimization programs
– Ensure consistency across platforms while balancing business goals and customer expectations
– Bring innovative thinking into gaming, sportsbook, live betting, and engagement experiences
Ideal Experience :
– 5 to 10 years of UX Design experience within Gaming, Sports Betting, Fantasy Sports, FinTech, E-commerce, Streaming, Super Apps, or digital consumer platforms
– Strong experience designing customer journeys for onboarding, registration, payments, transactions, engagement, retention, and loyalty ecosystems
– Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, usability principles, and behavioral design
– Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, prototyping tools, and design systems
– Experience working in Agile product and engineering environments
– Exposure to mobile-first and high-scale global consumer products
– Strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX outcomes and measurable business impact
