UX Designer

Job Description

 This role will focus on transforming data and analytical requirements into intuitive, user-friendly reporting interfaces that enable effective decision-making.

You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with dashboards, reports, and insights, ensuring information is presented clearly, efficiently, and with minimal cognitive load. Working closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, user-centred design outcomes in an Agile delivery environment.
  
Skills and Experience
Essential:

• Proven experience in UX and visual design, particularly across dashboards, reporting, or data-heavy interfaces
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and information design for complex datasets
• Ability to translate abstract data and analytical concepts into intuitive user experiences
• Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience designing for analytics, performance reporting, or operational insights environments
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable UX patterns
• Understanding of how users interpret charts, tables, and comparative data in decision-making contexts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Information Design, or a related discipline
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
